Stephanie Templin
Hi! I’m Stephanie, and I’m so excited to be part of your child’s early learning journey!
I’ve spent more than 20 years working in early childhood education, and I truly believe that the early years are some of the most important—and most exciting—years in a child’s life. I love watching children discover something new, develop confidence, build friendships, and become more independent each day.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in many different areas of early childhood education, from being a classroom teacher to leading programs, supporting educators, developing curriculum, and building partnerships with families and communities. These experiences have shaped my belief that great early childhood programs begin with strong relationships.
As Program Director, my goal is to create a school community where children feel safe, loved, encouraged, and excited to learn—and where families feel welcomed, heard, and truly connected to their child’s experience.
I’m especially passionate about learning through play, creativity, exploration, and meaningful hands-on experiences. I also love supporting teachers and helping them grow, because when educators feel supported and inspired, children benefit too.
I feel incredibly lucky to do what I do, and I’m looking forward to getting to know your family and being part of these very special early years!
Amanda Bogrow
Hi! My name is Amanda, and I’m an Early Childhood Director with a passion for supporting young children, their families, and the educators who care for them. I have been working in childcare and early childhood education for many years, with experience as a babysitter, nanny, teacher assistant, preschool teacher, and director.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children at many different stages of development, while also growing into a leadership role as a Center Director. In that role, I’ve been responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting and mentoring teachers, maintaining licensing and safety standards, partnering with families, and helping create a positive and nurturing environment for children and staff.
I have also completed 71 credit hours toward bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education at Madonna University, giving me a strong educational foundation in child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
Becoming a mother has also given me an even deeper appreciation for the trust families place in their childcare providers. I’m passionate about building genuine relationships with families, advocating for each child’s individual needs, and creating a safe, engaging environment where children feel loved, supported, and excited to learn. I’m so excited to continue growing alongside the children, families, and educators in our center!
